What would it take for one individual to remove all its activity from the web? (everything connected to him)

Supposing the individual has many website accounts , many IP addresses logged and content cached.

No. It is now part of the permanent record.

Nothing ever gets deleted.

Even if you delete your accounts, photos etc, there will be a copy of a copy of copy somewhere on some server or some company has bought your data.

Actions have consequences.
