Were they there every minute with his people offering leadership and mentoring, making it easier for them to do their work? Or was it biz as usual?
Weirdly unbalanced article. 500 people quit (out of 7000) and the best anecdote is luck: “The team was able to overhear a problem that needed to be addressed and make an adjustment to plans.” No mention of covid cases et al.
