Can anyone please help me with UI/UX design/brainstorming for Mingletrips.com?

Hi, We launched MingleTrips.com last month as a platform to meet new people while traveling. We have around 500 users so far. I want to make the site more engaging and fun. Also, from the UI/UX perspective, I want to improve the whole experience flow. Im sure there are many talented guys here who can give me good advise. We are a bootstrapped startup, mostly looking for free advise :-). Please create a trip to Kuala Lumpur since you are likely to find overlapping trips there and understand the complete site design.
