Not a lot of details here. It seems a bit sloppy to me that routine engine testing ("six engines were lit up for the test") would cause a wildfire, and while 68 acres is a bit below the average wildfire size it's still not of insignificant size for an event I'm assuming happens regularly.

I have no idea what regulation would look like in this domain though so it's not clear to me that SpaceX did anything _legally_ wrong here

68 acres is a nothingburger.

I live in Environmentally Conscious California, and there's a 40,000 acre fire burning ~10 miles from my house. THAT's a wildfire.
