I'm sure they are capable of making any kind of four-wheeled vehicle but there's the question of brand image to consider. The Lexus LFA, for example, didn't take off as a supercar because the Lexus brand is associated with golf-playing upper-management types. Why would Rolls want it's image associate with a hearse when the whole world is watching? Would be better to make a one-off brand of hearse that didn't have the Rolls brand anywhere near it.
(Besides, Rolls is a division of BMW at this point so what would the difference be between having a Mercedes vs. Rolls hearse?)
