Hey Guys,

We built a small side project in Python (Streamlit, Pandas, Numpy) that is a search engine to find good neighborhoods to rent/buy homes in. For now this only works in Florida, but we wanted to get your thoughts.

Looks pretty cool. I wish I had something like this when I was moving to Seattle for my job. Anyway, because this looks like a ‘product’, here’s some constructive criticism:

- Consider adding ability to find places with low rent. This is one of the most important things people want. - Please consider extending this to atleast the entirety of the United States.

- I couldn’t find a filter for good schools. For many of my friends that’d be a major dealbreaker when buying or renting a place to live in. Quality of high schools nearby has a pretty strong effect on home prices.

- Try to use the ‘Show HN’ prefix in the post title if you want to demo something you personally made.
