Kind of strikes me as Joplin meets Simplenotes meets Standard Notes. That it's compatible with Nextcloud Notes is a plus (well, for me at least). Not sure about the look of the UI – it's a bit busy for my taste. But it looks like you can fiddle with that a bit. Overall, though, it's not a bad plain text note taking tool. Not bad at all.
