Show HN: iOS app to rent out your driveway (testflight.apple.com)
Heya! I built Kotse, an app that finds driveway parking for tourists. You can list your driveway up for short-term rentals, or book them as a guest if you're going to big events, cities, or even the beach. We're looking for feedback and beta testers. What do you guys think? Thanks!

[ 3.1 ms ] story [ 17.0 ms ] thread1. don't like the name. I don't know how to say it. You dont have to have a great name, but could do better. MySpot, Park Now, etc. Make it more obvious. Can change name later if going to expand what user can rent/rent out.
2. the beginning is confusing showing instanbul and some other place. Show a packed street close up or a car parking (sure stock video sites have some better choice than what you have)
3. The picture of guy on scooter is confusing, is this a map app? Scooter don't have the parking problems cars do. Just use the same pic of guy in car with dog as you have in the app.
4. Not being able to hit enter when putting info is a bit weird. The arrows are there just would be nice to hit enter also.
6. 10 steps to rent out your spot is a lot. If can't reduce, maybe just don't mention it takes 10 steps, makes one want to give up before starting.
5. all these are all things that can be fixed with out to much pain. Biggest problem of course is chicken and egg.
Congrats on your launch, interesting idea, not sure if I'd ever feel comfortable with it but I've seen lots of other things that I think are too close for comfort have success (ex: Amazon Key). Best of luck!
