I just downloaded the PDF of the original paper - nice work. I would like to have the allrecipes.com data myself I am going to ask them for it.
I just emailed allrecipes.com to ask for permission to use their data for a text mining experiment - I'll post how that worked for me :-)
Its a good data set. I have been running it against the USDA food data for a new project I am working on. Let me know what they say and I might be able to provide it to you in a more workable format.
