How would such a spectacle prove he didn't cheat, unless they also persuaded Magnus to play as his opponent?

Instead they should try to prove that he did cheat, by offering the $1M to another GM (someone higher rated than Niemann) to play against a nude model with no chess experience but who had been trained to use the method that some have proposed.
