Luckily Europe only has 1 currency (with some exceptions), and will probably adopt digital EURODOLLAR, BRICS probably will go with a digital YUAN
Middle East is covered by Israelli effort, and South America will be led by Brazil probably, or maybe Argentina/Chile we'll see
Six months ago you could assume this to be true, but thanks to Russia BRICS pretty much exploded, pushing its most important countries, like Kazakhstan or China, away from Russia, for both political and economic reasons.
There's a lot of continuity between the Obama and Biden administrations, including foreign policy. If things were more stable back then, it's mainly because Obama just let China do whatever tf they wanted (occupying the South China Sea, hacking Google, planting Huawei spying equipment across the globe) and did nothing about it. Trump forced everyone to pay attention, no more free lunch for Xi.
Pretty sure we had made similar promises to Ukraine back in the 1990's; look how much that helped them when Russia first invaded and took Crimea.
I'm pretty sure that Biden has said something similar to this once already this year, and then the next day the "professionals" at the White House explained to the press that once again, the President had not said what everyone heard.
