Ask HN: Companies hiring remote worldwide and not paying less?

Nowadays, everyone wants a remote job because they are amazing.

Unfortunately, some companies think it's fair to pay a worker less because he is living in a country in which the currency is devalued.

Example: the company pays 120k USD to a worker living in United States, and pays 72k USD to another because he lives in India/Brazil/etc.

What are some companies that are fair and pay the same amount no matter where you are?
