Last I heard, days were getting unaccountably shorter, such that they were threatening to impose a reverse-leap second, or "lop second", with a select minute only 59 seconds long, rather than 61 for the usual case.

Such incompetence!

They should recruit some climate scientists - those guys know everything and can predict what will happen in the distant future.
