Git-restage: Ensure all diffs in currently staged files are staged (gist.github.com)

This is useful if you've got a set of files, `git add`ed them, but then found a typo or edited one or more of them (via prettier, delinting, deleting debug statements, adding more tests, ...), and want to make sure all those changes are staged and ready to be included in your next commit.
