YouTube will start sharing ad revenue with Shorts creators (cnbc.com)

Is this their plan to compete with Vine?

YouTube shorts annoy me.

When you go into a channel to see what other videos they have and you see that most of the new videos are all shorts, it's quite unpleasant. I don't understand why there isn't a dedicated tab for shorts.

Just so many ugly things.
