He says what I would say, art is a form of communication. I have a painting of my daughter right here on my wall, painted by her husband. It is realistic, but it is not a photo and no photo would look like it. It palpably contains traces of him in it. No-one else could or would have painted it that way. It is an earthy representation of her by him, neither flattering nor cruel, capturing something very real about her. The person I know. Am I to believe that AI could do all of that?
