And not just ability, but behavior too. So if one group has more violent interactions with the police, it is, again, entirely due to racism.
But not sexism. Because everyone knows men are more violent than women, so it doesn't raise any alarm bells that men are over-represented in prison 13 to 1 compared to women:

Also, its not necessarily about inferiority or superiority, its a discussion of genetic difference amongst humans, which is interesting.
