Personally I think it's a black hole. There's nothing I find more anerotic than the culture around BDSM that seems to substitute an ever-expanding vocabulary for talking about sex for sex.
The LGBT...{lots of letters}...YZ+ term is also getting fraught, I am not sure if they are going to add "P" for pedophile and "I" for incel first or if they are going to need more than 26 letters in the alphabet like
It starts out with the desire to make (some) people feel included but it will end with hair splitting (when does somebody get tarred and feathered because they have a rainbow flag with the wrong number of stripes?), burnout, fatigue, and people just moving on from the movement.
