That was going to be my exact answer. That's worked for me the last couple of times. I might also have sent one or two submissions that I initiated, but typically I get swamped with messages from recruiters, so not much work needed on that end.
indeed.com. Set aside 1-4 hours per day and apply for every single gig you're interested in, even if you don't meet all the "requirements". Let them reject you, don't reject yourself.
