Tell HN: Zoho Blocked Outgoing Emails with No Support Response
Today I woke up and found that I can no longer send emails from my main work email. Outgoing emails have been blocked with no explanations.
I have reached out to them through email and forum post, but there has been no response from them in half workday.
I am going through hell and a lot of pain- as lot of the emails I am sending are dropping in their spamboxes, and I have to call them to let them know.
Something as critical as email should not be blocked without any warnings.
They say that they block outgoings due to spamming, and I have spammed ZERO people ZERO times. This email is strictly direct communicational.
There has been recent posts putting Zoho on a positive light, I just want everyone on HN to know the pain I am going through, and that Zoho is not reliable at all. Email is critical, and outgoings should not be blocked on whims or stupid algorithms.
