That would defeat the purpose of crypto. If its possible to pull the plug on a nation's crypto assets, which should be impossible, it would mean those coins are centralized and therefore useless garbage.
The ukraine situation has had a strange side effect of showing what is trustable and what is not, if my country pissed of the rest of the world I would only use something that couldn't be messed with.
A good start would be for the Biden administration to pass laws with life sentences for sending money to or receiving money from (including Crypto) russia, North Korea or any other countries considered enemies of the state.
