Ask HN: Online tax preparation for small business

Greetings everyone. Looking for tax preparation service for a small, 1-person consulting business (specifically Schedule K1). My prior tax person relocated last year, and I had to resort to a large firm to get my Schedule K1 generated (expensive).

Given the potentially large number of consultants here on HN, I thought I would ask what others are using to get their taxes done. This past tax filing season I used "FreeTaxUSA" for my personal taxes based on recommendations here on HN (FreeTaxUSA is awesome, BTW!). But, alas, they don't seem to do Schedule K1 filing.

BTW: Live in NC, USA

Chris from https://www.seguintax.com/ does an excellent job. Have been working with him (for tax purposes) for quite some time. His office is in NC as well.

Awesome, thanks for this! I will reach out to Chris in the next few days. Do you know if he also does payroll taxes?

Glad to share, he does great work and is easy to work with. I am not sure about the payroll taxes.
