Ask HN: What do you use to record virtual meetings?

Our company uses Google Meet for meetings (internal and external). Recording the meetings saves them in our Drive, but it takes a while to upload. The resolution is maxed at 720p, and transcribing to text isn't native.

There's a lot of third parties out there to help with recording calls in Google Meet, wondering if anyone has any that they recommend.

Base features we're looking for: -Integrates with Google Meet -Higher than 720p recording -Embed code to add into our help center (a wordpress-based site) -50+ users potentially recording

Ideal Features: -Edit capabilities for a recording -User Profiling to set restrictions for internal/external recording access -Transcribing audio to text -Searchable text in a recording

Far-reach ideal features: -API -Integration with our two-factor authentication, so we don't need to login again to view the video after accessing internal help center -Customizable rule-based system for where recordings should be uploaded (based off user, labels, etc)
