How do we know that exactly this happened, when it do happen?

No, if by "solve" you mean completely understand nature and reduce it all to theories and algorithms. Humans exist as part of nature. We can't observe the universe from outside. Will fish in an aquarium ever figure out the world outside the glass? We have no way to know that we have asked and answered every question.
