The top comment is, "This is what Coldplay sounds like to Radiohead fans," and that's the funniest thing I've read in ages.
Such an interesting take on the tune. The original is haunting and seems like Thom is searching, yearning for things to be in their right place. This version sounds like what he is talking about has already been accomplished, and is celebratory and optimistic (ha, no Radiohead reference intended) instead.

The actual song always evoked the imagery of a AI becoming self-aware - as if the song was written from the perspective of such an AI. This cut is hard to listen too, it sounds lobotomized.
