If you're an EU citizen and this company is regularly addressing EU citizens (ie. it's not a special case for them) then yes, it's against the GDPR and can be raised to the authorities as a breach of your rights.
In addition to legal remedies (note that you can send FTC a note under CAN-SPAM if the ToS forces you to bind to US laws), if you are using a popular mail service (especially Google's and Microsoft's) you can of course unceremoniously report them as spam, preferably using the web interface (so that their spam threshold increase to the point that they will be forced to learn to properly make an unsubscribe system).

[ 3.1 ms ] story [ 21.5 ms ] threadI tried to click all the options there, no lucks. They're still sending the same email over and over again.
And there is no way to unsubscribe. I even asked their supports to do that, they said they've done it, yet they continue to send emails like this.
What am I missing?
