Ask HN:Developer's Opinions on Websense Software?

This is one of the companies that I keep noticing in Investor's Business Daily as having huge potential. I was hoping to get opinions from developers as to whether their software is excellent, well-written, and industry-changing. Their marketing, website, etc. looks great.
