Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Poland stand to benefit the most due to their new Baltic Pipeline so they seem to be the most likely to have sabotaged the pipelines. The Baltic Pipe officially became operational on 27 September 2022,[1] one day after a series of as of yet unexplained explosions on 26 September 2022 rendered the competing Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines from Russia to Germany inoperable.[2] Thus, it seems those 4 countries are the most motivated to sabotage the Nordstream pipelines.
The US is a better candidate since shutting down completely Russia is in-line with their mission to create a long-term war in Ukraine, they want to split Europe and make sure Russia stay isolated
They see the EU/Russia alliance as a competition against their hegemony
Similar with the Kazak region to block the Silk Road project, preventing EU/China alliance
You can't ignore what Biden and its administration said about nord stream, and what they and the previous presidents said about Russia
"The purpose of NATO is to keep the Americans in, the Germans down and the Russians out."
The sabotage of Nord Stream profits the US in selling LNG to Europe, it de-industrialises Germany because Germany can no longer be competitive on the world market, and it prevents Russia from selling energy to Europe.
Thus the sabotage of Nordstream is definitely a NATO operation, and the boss of NATO is the US.
QED.

[ 6.0 ms ] story [ 24.0 ms ] thread- US officials repeatedly said they'll shut down the pipeline no matter what
- Biden confirmed it would be shut down; "we will bring an end to it", "i promise you, we'll be able to do it" when asked how by the journalist [1]
So everyone can see, obvious threats from the USA, but what's even more obvious is Sweden refusing to investigate [2]
