Who manages the properties if Pacaso goes under? It seems to be the risk in this model, particularly if the LLC owners are not able to contract cleaning and maintenance services at reasonable rates.

5 months in business, and "valued" at a billion dollars? No mention of revenue or profit - does anyone know? (linked article in sfgate didn't open)
