No, they didn't say it, the mathematically illiterate writer for PC Gamer did, and he's obviously wrong. You can't take a daily active user count and simply multiply by 30 to get a monthly active user count, which is what the writer did.

By the same logic, and I don't mean this as a joke or an exaggeration, it really is the exact same logic, Roblox has 21.1 billion yearly active user count.
