Just came to say that the website is terrible. You can barely get any idea of what the protocol actually is or does!
I'll have to look more into this, but it seems like a similar idea to ActivityPub? I knew twitter was working on this but so far I've yet to properly see what the actual ideas and implementations behind it are.
