Ask HN: Book on Number Theory and Cryptography

I am searching for an introdutory book on number theory combined with cryptography. So a primer on prime numbers, generating them, algorithms like extended Euclidean, Miller-Rabin and so on. Preferably with a German translation but that's not a must.
