There is no mention of the horrible build quality and panel gaps in most of the vehicles rolling out of their factories.
It is laughable and seems malicious/intentional in how low their quality control is. You have money and capacity - fix it!
And stop removing sensors before the replacement software is ready - e.g. the pseudo rain sensor gets confused running wipers at high speed when stationary at a light and at low when going down a highway. And since there are no physical controls - I have to take my eyes of the road to keep adjusting the wiper speed while driving.
Tesla - please take some time to improve quality and add some buttons/sensors back in..
Once the other traditional manufacturers increase production - the Tesla bad build quality goes from being a quirk to deal breaker.
- as someone who recently took delivery of Model Y. It felt like going to an exam inspecting the vehicle with a checklist - instead of a joyous drive off the lot moment.
