As much as this excites me, I can’t see how the user would ever get comfortable uploading their financial information (despite the statement likely not having enough that could be used to impersonate them, but perhaps I’m not being creative enough). I think there would be more uptake if it was an offline app.

Also, the list of banks supported should be somewhere so users don’t have to sign up only to find out it doesn’t work for their bank (or maybe I missed it).

This needs to be an offline app. There is no reason to trust this.
I can understand not trusting the app, however less than 1% of my 20,000 users have asked for an offline version.
That is a meaningless metric when most users don’t understand the risk of what they are doing.
