Ask HN: Is YouTube also spamming you with non-CANSPAM-compliant emails?

Woke up this morning to a marketing email I _can't_ unsubscribe from from YouTube/Google.

It's labeled as an "Important Account Update", but it has literally nothing to do with my account, it's a product announcement, which by definition is a marketing email.

Am I the only one getting these? CANSPAM unfortunately does not let individuals to sue or form classes (as I read the law), but I will be passing these to my State Attorney General and the FTC (whom are authorized to sue), and I encourage everyone else to do so as well.
