Ask HN: Outline VPN for Iranians

Friends are using outline.com via Google Cloud and Digital Ocean to install, manage, and provide VPN access to people in Iran who are still facing internet restrictions.

$6 buys them 1Tb of monthly traffic, which is enough for 25 people with fair usage.

Any reason why I should suggest they something else? Any tip?

You could connect to Tor with bridges[0] to hide the fact you're connecting to Tor from your ISP.
