A tonne of the discussion recently about DALL-E, AI, and Stable Diffusion has been around technology, job loss, and the like. But, I was most struck by the recent story (https://edition.cnn.com/2022/09/03/tech/ai-art-fair-winner-c...) about AI winning and art contest. It opened ideas.
Fast forward: last week, a friend of mine published a children's book, and generating all of the art with DALL-E. To me it represents the possibility of human-AI interaction, or at least one, and open conversation.
To me, it's clear that AI just opened a creative door, something that previously was either impossible, more difficult or more expensive.
