Would depend on the relative speeds and masses: GR is relevant when relative speeds are “suffiently” high and masses “sufficiently” large. It may well be that the masses and speeds are low enough that GR is not needed, but it seems a curious omission.
After all, we already know that Newtonian gravitation is insufficient for analyzing our solar system (orbit of mercury requires GR).
