English-speaking software engineers living in Costa del Sol area in Spain tend to be atomized and isolated, and it is difficult to organize meet-ups or network with people.
I started this simple static site based community where people living in the area can add their profiles and feature their open source projects.
It's open source so the approach can be freely copied to other local areas in the world with different focuses.
