Go ahead, rip it apart. Please list every possible reason this idea sucks.
It's a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. The whole point of traveling is to learn about the local culture and what you're selling is the opposite. You're selling a safe haven for people that want to pretend like they're travelers without having to do the actual hard work of being one and learning about the local culture.
This seems cool but the messaging is off. It took me a minute to figure out what this is and who it’s for.

On that note, how big is this market? I know the work from anywhere crowd is hot right now but these people tend to be young, child-less and unmarried.

When people settle down they don’t make for good work from anywhere customers.

I’m not sure there’s a big enough TAM and how you’d calculate LTV if at some point every user churns out.
