Ask HN: What is dbPaaS? How is it different from DBaaS?

I noticed the term dbPaaS in Gartner's report but there is no definition about it. Googled the term without much information. So I am wondering what dbPaaS is. Is it just another notion of DBaaS? If so, why bother a new term? Thanks!

Technically most DBaaS is PaaS, since they are not IaaS where you have to dick around with operating systems, servers and such, but dbPaas is meant to signify that everything is absolutely managed, so you don't have to deal with scalability, elasticity or anything like that, which is not always entirely true, but it's still a high-level approach, so a lot is being done for you.
