Job candidates qualify themselves, from the questionaire that Trovinto tailors specifically to the role and job description you are hiring for.

Trovinto is build on top of natural language models, to understand the job requirements, pose open ended questions to the candidate and be able to evaluate the responses.

I believe this will replace multiple choice, static assessments for very specific roles, and allow firms to discover people with rounded profiles, or who have great abstract understanding of technology but lack photographic memory to ace a (memory) multiple choice test.

NLP can't and shouldn't screen candidates based on open-ended questions. This is another step into the dystopia where qualified candidates get incorrectly screened by shitty AI.

Maybe someday the technology will be good enough that there are few false negatives, but no one is there yet, and I don't really want to live in a society where all gatekeepers are flawed ML models.

I have tested it extensively, and the technique works great to evaluate submission on their merits. I would encourage you to give it a go, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Today, we are unfortunately living in a world where candidates are ranked based on the name of their school, the name they were given at birth or the name of the last company they worked for.

People should be qualified on merit rather than social standing.
