Broadband speed tests questioned (news.bbc.co.uk)

Long have we moaned to our ISP's that the speed we pay for is not what we're getting. Now Virgin Media (UK) are launching a super-fast service, that they argue will be faster than everyone will actually measure. . .

They've got some interesting points, but I still don't think that the speeds advertised are anywhere near what they should be.
