Just because it's not a nation doesn't mean it's not a war.
If an individual is be remotely murdered, not having explosives involved is clearly better as the article points out due to reducing collateral damage. My concern is that the increase in "precision" will lead to an increase in such strikes in general. Killing people without due process should not be normalized just because the technology has improved.
