Arstechnica reports the device looks like a Galaxy Note8, and it seems this was during Boris's time in power. Anyone have ideas on how to harden your phones against attacks (android and ios?)
Seems like PiHole/VPN is a good start to monitor outgoing requests (seems ios is a little flakey on always sending data via vpn), and ensuring device is up to date. Beyond that, I'm a little lost for ideas.
