Bring down cloud costs without Remote Docker Instances from Your Local Machine? (cohesive.so)

Does this speed up workflow? I have read many articles from DO and multiple subreddits. I need to bring down cloud costs for my side projects. Is it clearly a better way or am I being a lonely and old school with my CPU?

Also, do you delete the droplets to save costs?
