Anyone have experience combining AWS and Alicloud? PIPL compliance

Wondering if anyone here had any experience/resources/interest in discussing this. Currently trying to figure out our strategy at work on how we're going to comply with PIPL without creating totally separate cloud infra for chinese users. Anyone else done this? would love to hear any thoughts or links or even sync up and chat a bit
