For context: I like Copilot and don't want to see tools like it banished from the internet.
Be careful. Microsoft is a very rich company and can afford the best lawyers. If the court ends up ruling in favor of Microsoft and CoPilot and sets a precedent, the plaintiffs may end up worse off.
