Alright, book citation out of the way.. Today I got an invite to a fancy restruant from my internet provider, Frontier. They are doing a customer appreciation dinner. I found a claim that soluable fiber can help relieve radiation sickness by chelation. Might be helpful soon. So with a $65 dollar gift card from my employer (which I prayed to work for) I bought a case of concord grape jelly and a case of peanut butter. And since iceberg lettice is now $3.67 per head in $33 dollar bags of 9 I switched to a romaine blend. But that is just dietary.
This guy wrote a book 30 years ago saying his real father was a loser and a neighbor (his rich dad) was a winner for turning him on to real estate investing. Now we have to hear his chicken little investing advice every 6 months.
Robert Kiyosaki has also never released any audited records of his "investments". I suspect he exaggerated much of his success to sell books. Basically just another grifter.
He was so successful at real estate that he spent all of his life selling talks to the gullible at $200 a pop. You know, like successful retired people do. Every day on the road, selling his pitch. Because, you know, he was so successful.
If I remember correctly, his only successful business, before he started the business and investment coaching game was something to do with Velcro wallets.
