Asking them to come back for a revised and improved compensation package, right?
I'm sure it is chaotic, but I'm wondering if the WARN act issue might be kind of overblown.

That is, if they pay people for 60 days or whatever the requirement is, haven't they fulfilled the letter and the spirit of the law?

Telling people they can go home and not come back is strictly better than making them work until their last paycheck.

If they aren't paying people, nevermind.
